Cheese Scones

500ml  flour

2oml baking powder

5ml salt

5ml sugar

45ml oil

1 large egg or 2 small

250ml milk


Sift together the flour, baking powder , salt and sugar. Beat together the oil, eggs and  milk and add to dry ingredients . Mix thoroughly and drop spoonfuls  in deep muffin pans. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 180 C or until the scones are golden brown

Cheese: Add as much as you want and a little extra milk (If dough is dry) and cayenne pepper (If wanted).
